High High HIGH heels

This may really define me as a midwesterner, but holy crap look at these heels.

Who honestly wears shoes with this high of a heel? Not that I don't think they're appealing, they're gorgeous but just the walk to work alone would kill me.

Thank goodness I'm 5'8"
